Sunday Session in Springton

Following our recently sold out experience with Divine Serendipity Yoga, we are excited to be joining with Catherine Grogan once again for a half day of yoga asana, yoga nidra, yoga mudra and pranayama followed by a healing soundbath with our magical quartz crystal singing bowls.

We begin with a gentle Asana class and calming Yoga Nidra by Catherine Grogan of Serendipity Yoga.

Yogacharini Penelope Prana will then share with you the subtle yet amazing ancient art of yoga mudra and pranayama.

Finally lay down and experience a deeply immersive meditative experience. Trippy Trev of Healing Indulgence will bathe you in the subtle energy of pure quartz crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes enhanced with the healing power of Reiki, melt away layers of tightness and release deeply-held emotional and physical stress.

We finish the experience with an opportunity to meet and chat with like minded individuals as we share a refreshing cup of herbal tea and a light snack.
