Healing Indulgence is a mobile sound healing and subtle yoga experience — we come to you, bringing crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Yoga Kriya, and Yoga Nidra to your space. You provide the people. Together, we create something your group will carry with them long after the event is over.

We’re also happy to take care of the event logistics — or leave them entirely in your hands:

  • Event listing and ticketing through Humanitix — a platform we love for its simplicity and its values (100% of Humanitix profits go to charity).
  • Online payments for your guests — no cash handling needed.
  • Digital check-in at the door.
  • Google map links and directions to your venue.

If you already have ticketing or booking systems in place, we’re just as happy to work within them.

Healing Indulgence is the partnership of husband & wife, Penelope & Trevor

A mobile sound healing and yoga experience with Penelope and Trevor

From the moment your guests arrive, Penelope and Trevor are there together — welcoming the room, making introductions, and setting the tone for what’s ahead.

Once everyone is settled and lying down, Penelope begins to guide the group through a gentle yoga kriya — a flowing sequence of breath and subtle movement that eases the body open and invites the mind to let go. Beneath her voice, Trevor weaves in the soft sounds of Koshi chimes and rainstick, adding texture and warmth to the space without interrupting the stillness.

As the kriya draws to a close, the transition is seamless. Trevor’s singing bowls begin to rise — gradually, gently — until the room is held entirely in sound. The two practices flow into one another the way breath flows into silence.

When the sound bath ends, there’s no rush. Guests are invited to simply lie and be — five to ten minutes, sometimes more — in quiet that feels earned. This stillness isn’t incidental. It’s an integral part of the healing.

When the time is right, a soft ring of the tinga signals a gentle return. As guests begin to sit up and reorient, Penelope and Trevor open the floor — for questions, for reflection, and for a closer look at the instruments and the science behind what everyone just experienced. It’s one of the things that makes this mobile sound healing experience feel complete rather than transactional — the conversation is part of it.

Who is this for?

Let’s collaborate

If you have your own offering — a class, a demonstration, a practitioner you’d like to feature, or an idea that complements mobile sound healing — we’d love to hear it. Some of our favourite events have grown from conversations like that.

Serendipity Yoga Studio offering peaceful yoga classes and mindful wellness sessions.

“Sound healing such as sound baths, chanting powerful mantras and powerful vibrational soul language such as sanskrit feeds and cleanses the soul in a powerful way. Healing Indulgence are an example — they facilitate beautiful sound healings like the one we recently held here.”
