Privacy and consent is important to us.
For the benefit of all guests, recording devices of any type are not permitted at any Healing Indulgence events.
Occasionally we will record events for marketing purposes however.
Full refund up to 30 days before an event
(excluding booking fee)
Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend.

Ticket holders arriving after the experience begins may not be permitted to enter the venue unless their is a suitable break in the program.
No body wants their experience interrupted by mobile phones or electronic devices..
Please remember to switch your devices off before entering the venue.

If we reschedule to a new date, you can request a VIP transfer of your ticket to the new date of event.
All tickets include a 4% booking fee.
In the event of a cancellation by the ticket holder, booking fees are non-refundable.

Tickets were emailed to the ticket purchaser at time of booking.
Re-issue ticketThe holder of a re-issued ticket may be required to show photo I.D. that matches the name on the ticket prior to entering an event.
