Corporate Wellbeing
We come to you. Your team leaves restored
About our corporate wellbeing sessions
Penelope guides your group through gentle movement and deep rest, Trevor leads a live sound bath using crystal singing bowls, and for ninety minutes your team gets to stop. Really stop. No prior experience needed. No special clothing, no equipment, no preparation. Just a warm space and a willing group.
What actually happens in the room
Penelope opens with yoga kriya — conscious breath and guided movement that help the body let go of what it’s been carrying. No poses to perform, no experience needed. Penelope has been practicing for thirty years and teaching for ten. She knows how to bring a room full of strangers (or colleagues) into a shared sense of ease.
As the body softens and opens, Trevor’s crystal singing bowls begin to resonate through the room with sound that works on the nervous system whether you believe in it or not. The frequencies are measurable — they encourage the brain to shift from the alert, analytical state most of us live in, into something slower, quieter, and deeply restorative. Trevor weaves Reiki through the sound bath, deepening the experience for those who are open to it.
People leave calm. Grounded. Often a little surprised by how good they feel.
The session runs for ninety minutes and takes place at your premises — we bring everything we need.

Why it works — briefly
Most wellness activities for workplaces address the mind or the body separately. What Penelope and Trevor bring works on both at once — and the science explains why. Sound has a direct effect on the body. Exposure to certain frequencies slows the heart rate, lowers cortisol, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of you that knows how to rest. Research into brainwave entrainment shows that the brain will synchronise to rhythmic sound stimuli, shifting from the beta waves of everyday thinking toward the slower alpha and theta waves associated with deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Yoga kriya works on the same system from a different direction. Conscious breath — the foundation of every kriya — directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system. The body begins to release held tension before the sound bath even begins. This is why the two practices together tend to produce a deeper result than either would alone: the kriya opens the door, and the sound walks through it.
We share this not to impress you, but if you’re going to recommend an experience to your team, you deserve to know there’s substance behind it.
Who books us
We work with teams of all kinds — from small close-knit groups to departments of twenty-five or more. If your numbers are larger, we can run multiple sessions across the day. We’re based in South Australia, and our corporate wellbeing work takes us to teams across the state — at away days, end-of-year gatherings, leadership retreats, and regular wellbeing programs. We work equally well as a one-off experience or as part of something ongoing.
If you’re an HR manager looking for a meaningful approach to mental health at work, an EA organising something memorable for a team event, or a team lead who wants to give their people a genuine moment of restoration — this is designed for you.
You’re in good hands. Penelope holds a Bachelor of Management and has spent years working in Human Resources and Technology Services — she’s been in the team meetings, she’s led corporate wellbeing sessions, she knows what your people are carrying. That’s not incidental background. It shapes the way she holds a corporate room.
Let’s talk about what’s right for your team
Corporate wellbeing sessions begin from $950 for a ninety-minute session, and the final number is shaped by your group size and where we’re travelling to. Every group is different, and we’re happy to think through what a corporate wellbeing session could look like for yours. Get in touch — there’s no obligation, just a conversation about what might work for your team.
