Event ticket purchases (Humanitix) When you purchase tickets to a Healing Indulgence event, your name, email address, and mobile number are collected at checkout via our ticketing platform, Humanitix. Stripe

Humanitix

We use Humanitix as our event ticketing platform. When you purchase a ticket to a Healing Indulgence event, Humanitix collects your name, email address, and mobile number on our behalf. As the Event Host, Healing Indulgence is the data controller for this information — meaning we are responsible for how it is held and used. Ticket purchaser data is used solely for event management and to communicate relevant event details. It is not currently used for any other purpose.

Humanitix stores all data securely in AWS data centres in Australia and does not sell personal data to third parties. Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our website forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile operates invisibly in the background and analyses client-side signals (such as IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction patterns) to distinguish human visitors from bots. Cloudflare does not use these signals to identify individuals.

As required by Cloudflare, we reference their Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which forms part of Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and governs how data collected by Turnstile is processed.
